Promoter
- The £50 Digital Gift Card promotion (“Promotion”) is run by Hutchison 3G UK Limited of Great Brighams Mead,1 Vastern Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 8DJ, trading as Three (“Three”). The Digital Gift Card will be distributed by Invitation Digital Limited (t/aGiftcloud) on behalf of Three and will be for Amazon.co.uk or pre-paid Mastercard.
Promotion Period
- The Promotion will commence at 08:00 on 7thJanuary 2022 and will close at 23:59 on 11th February 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
- To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must be a resident of the United Kingdom or Northern Ireland and aged 18 or over and be a new Three customer. To qualify as a new customer you cannot have an existing Mobile/Broadband/tablet contract with Three at the time of purchase, or have cancelled any Mobile/Broadband/tablet contract with Three within the last 30 days.
(“Eligible Participant”).
Offer
- To qualify, Eligible Participants must purchase any new MiFi device on a 24 month Unlimited data plan within the Promotion Period, (a “Promotion Product”) directly from a Three store, online via three.co.uk, or by telephone via our contact centre within the Promotion Period. All customers making such a purchase will be eligible to receive EITHER a £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card OR a £50 digital Pre-Paid Mastercard (“Gift ”) free of charge, subject to stock availability.
- Delivery –The Amazon.co.uk Gift Card will be provided 45 days after purchase, providing the Eligible Participant’s account is active and they have paid their first bill on time. It will be sent via e-mail by our 3rdparty provider Giftcloud, to the e-mail address the customer registered with at the time of purchase. The customer will need to activate the Gift Card within 90 days of receiving it or it will expire. Steps for the activation will be provided on the e-mail. The digital Pre-Paid Mastercard can be redeemed 45 days after purchase, providing the Eligible Participant’s account is active and they have paid their first bill on time. For further details, please refer to paragraph 17 of these terms and conditions. There is no physical alternative to the Gift Card. Only one Gift Card per Promotion Product purchased will be provided.
- Gift Cards are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Three reserves the right to substitute the Gift Card for a gift of equal or greater value.
- Gift Cards should be treated like cash and kept securely. Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Other
- Three reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant’s entry which it deems, at its sole discretion, to contravene the spirit and/or terms and conditions of this Promotion and any Gift Card must be returned immediately.
- If you return your Promotion Product, you must also return the Gift Card.
- Three shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims to a Gift Card, including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase of a Promotion Product, as well as the identity of an Eligible Participant.
- Any third-party terms and conditions relating to the Gift Card are beyond the control of Three. Each Eligible Participant agrees that the cost of and the responsibility for complying with such terms and conditions will be borne solely by them.
- Three reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms and conditions of the Promotion (including, without limitation, to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion (including altering the Gift Card) by changing these terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into by Three.
- Information that Eligible Participants supply to Three when purchasing the Promotion Product will be used by Three and its service providers in accordance with these terms and conditions, Three’s Privacy and Security policy, and Three’s Privacy Notice contained in Section 13 of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Three Services. Information that Eligible Participants supply to Giftcloud when selecting and signing up for their chosen Gift Card will be used in accordance with Giftcloud’s privacy policy available here.
- Three cannot and does not accept responsibility for Promotion entries lost, corrupted, or delayed in transmission. Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the Promotion, redemption process for the Gift Card, or any Gift Card connected with the Promotion and it excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of Gift Cards.
- Entry into the Promotion signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are governed by English law.

- The Pre-Paid Mastercard acts just like an everyday debit card and so the Mastercard **cannot be used as part-payment.** A digital Mastercard can be used ONLINE ONLY. Once redeeming the Mastercard through Reward Pass, the card holds a 12 month "expiry" date - once 12 months has passed, a £2.95 fee will be deducted from your balance per month until the Mastercard has been used.
- *PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS BELOW ON HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PRE-PAID MASTERCARD:** After entering your Full Name and Email Address you will be sent TWO emails to your inbox. The first one will be delivered from no-reply@giftcloud.com with the subject line “It's arrived!” This email may cause some confusion, however the second email will contain the instructions on how to redeem your Pre-Paid Mastercard. **The second email will be delivered from notification@yourrewardpass.com with the subject line “Your Mastercard Reward Has Arrived!”** **Please ensure you check your Spam or Junk folders** Please allow up to 24 hours for this second email to arrive, if this has not been delivered then please get back in touch with Giftcloud at hello@giftcloud.com where we will be able to assist you. Once this second email has been received, you will be able to click through the “Access Your Card” button where you will be taken to the Reward Pass website. After entering your details you will then be able to choose a virtual card.
