Such purchases may be made in a Three store, online via three.co.uk directly (not via an affiliate partners site), or by telephone via our contact centre) within the Promotion Period. All customers making such a purchase will be eligible to receive a £100/£75/£50 Amazon E-GiftCard (“Gift Card”) free of charge, subject to stock availability.
Delivery –The Gift Card will be provided 45 days after purchase, providing the Eligible Participant’s account is active and they have paid their first bill on time. It will be sent via e-mail by our 3rd party provider Giftcloud, to the e-mail address the customer registered with at the time of purchase. The customer will need to activate the Gift Card within 90 days of receiving it or it will expire. Steps for the activation will be provided on the e-mail. There is no physical alternative to the Gift Card. Only one Gift Card per Promotion Product purchased will be provided.
- Gift Cards are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Three reserves the right to substitute the Gift Card for a gift of equal or greater value.
- Gift Cards should be treated like cash and kept securely. Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Other
- Three reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant’s entry which it deems, at its sole discretion, to contravene the spirit and/or terms and conditions of this Promotion and any Gift Card must be returned immediately.
- If you return your Promotion Product, you must also return the Gift Card.
- Three shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims to a Gift Card, including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase of a Promotion Product, as well as the identity of an Eligible Participant.
- Any third-party terms and conditions relating to the Gift Card are beyond the control of Three. Each Eligible Participant agrees that the cost of and the responsibility for complying with such terms and conditions will be borne solely by them.
- Three reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms and conditions of the Promotion (including, without limitation, to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion (including altering the Gift Card) by changing these terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into by Three.
- Information that Eligible Participants supply when entering the Promotion will be used only in accordance with these terms and conditions, Three’s Privacy and Security policy, and Three’s Privacy Notice contained in Section 13 of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Three Services. - Three cannot and does not accept responsibility for Promotion entries lost, corrupted, or delayed in transmission. Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the Promotion, redemption process for the Gift Card, or any Gift Card connected with the Promotion and it excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of Gift Cards.
- Entry into the Promotion signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are governed by English law.
