Google Pixel 8 or 8 Pro – Pixel Buds Pro or Google Pixel Watch 2 WiFi gift-with-purchase promotion terms and conditions (“Promotion”)

This Promotion is operated by Google Commerce Ltd (“Promoter”) and is available on preorders and purchases of Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro (see Table 1) between 1700 hours BST on 04/10/23 and 2359 hours BST on 16/10/23 (“Promotion Period”) from Three in its Retail, on-line or call centre channels.

Customers who are UK residents over 18 or UK registered businesses and who purchase a device listed in Table 1 below  (“Qualifying Item”) on any Pay Monthly or PAYG tariff directly from Three in Retail, Online or Call Centre channels (“Eligible Customers”), can claim the corresponding promotional item listed in Table 1 (“Promotional Item”) from the Promoter (or its administrator) via https://reward-promos.com/reward/launch2023/en-GB between 27/10/23 and 29/11/23.  Promoter terms apply (see below).  Employees of Google, Opia Limted or any of the participating retailers shall not be eligible.

Note: Eligible Customers are only eligible to submit a claim 14 days from the date they purchased the applicable Qualifying Item. IMEI number required to claim. There is a limit of two (2) Claims per household during the Promotion Period, irrespective of the quantity of Qualifying Products purchased. Businesses may make up to eight (8) Claims per business during the Promotion Period, also irrespective of the quantity of Qualifying Products purchased. A Participant may submit one (1) Claim for each Qualifying Product purchased in full accordance with these Promotion Terms. Promotional Items and Qualifying Items, including colours of such, are subject to availability. The Promotional Item is non-transferable, non-returnable (except in event of defect). Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or any Promotional Item, subscription or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any claim which it reasonably considers to be fraudulent or do not comply with its terms.
