Google Pixel 8 Pro – Fitbit Charge 6 gift-with-purchase promotion terms and conditions (“Promotion”)

This Promotion is operated by Opia Limited) (“Administrator”) who is running this Promotion on behalf of Google Commerce Ltd (“Promoter”) and is available on purchases of Pixel 8 Pro between 00:01 GMT on 23/11/23 and 23:59 GMT on 15/12/23 (“Promotion Period”) from Three in its retail, online or call centre Channels.

Customers who are UK residents over 18 or UK registered businesses and who purchase a device listed in Table 1 below  (“Qualifying Item”) on any Pay Monthly or PAYG tariff directly from Three in retail, online or call centre channels (“Eligible Customers”), can claim the corresponding promotional item listed in Table 1 (“Promotional Item”) from the Promoter (or its administrator, as specified in the Promoter’s terms) via https://reward-promos.com/charge6 between 07/12/23 and 29/01/24. Promoter terms apply.

Note: Eligible Customers are only eligible to submit a claim 14 days from the date they purchased the applicable Qualifying Item. IMEI number required to claim. There is a limit of two (2) Claims per household during the Promotion Period, irrespective of the quantity of Qualifying Products purchased. Businesses may make up to eight (8) Claims per business during the Promotion Period, also irrespective of the quantity of Qualifying Products purchased. A Participant may submit one (1) Claim for each Qualifying Product purchased in full accordance with these Promotion Terms. Promotional Items and Qualifying Items, including colours of such, are subject to availability. The Promotional Item is non-transferable, non-returnable (except in event of defect).
