This Honor Magic V2 gift-with-purchase promotion (“Promotion”) is operated by Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd (“Promoter”) and is available on purchases of the Honor Magic V2 between 00:01 on 02/02/2024 and 23:59 on 01/03/2024 (“Promotion Period”) from participating retailers.
Eligible customers (private end customer (aged 18+), or business end customer, and resident of the United Kingdom (”Participant”) who purchase an Honor Magic V2 on any tariff directly from Three in any channel within the Promotion Period are eligible to receive a gift bundle consisting of one Bang & Olufsen Beocom Portal headset and 6 months' screen damage protection from Honor’s Screen Damage Protection Service by submitting a valid claim to the Promoter online via Honor’s website (https://honor-redemption.co.uk) on or between 16/02/2024 and 12/04/2024. Only three (3) claims per household and ten (10) claims per business Participant are allowed. Only one (1) claim per Promotion Product is permitted. Screen damage protection cover does not require an individual claim and will automatically activate from the date of purchase. Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or any Promotional Item, subscription or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
