    1. Promoter

    This Promotion is operated by Honor Technologies (UK) Co Ltd (“Promoter”), 450 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading, RG2 6UU.

    1. Promotion Period

    This Promotion will commence at 00:01 on 6th December 2022 and close at 23:59 on 2nd January 2023 (or sooner in the event that all Promotional Items (as defined below) have been validly claimed) (“Promotional Period”).

    1. Eligibility

    To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must be an individual over the age of 18 who is a legal resident in the United Kingdom (“Individual Participant”) or a company registered in one of the UK Territories (“Business Participant”); and pre-order and purchase any Honor Magic 4 Pro device (a “Qualifying Item”) directly from Hutchison 3G UK Limited (“Three”) in any one of its channels, being Retail, Online or Contact Centre.

    1. Offer and How to Claim 

    Individual Participants and Business Participants (together, “Participants”) who purchase any Qualifying Item may receive one (1) HONOR Tab 8 4GB + 128GB (Wi-Fi only) in Blue Hour (“Promotional Item”), whilst stocks last, at the point of purchase of the Qualifying Item.

    Subject to stock availability, there will be a maximum of one (1) Promotional Item per Qualifying Item purchased by Individual Participants (up to a maximum of two (2) Promotional Items per household) and a maximum of ten (10) Promotional Items for each Qualifying Item purchased during the Promotional Period by a Business Participant.

    Both the Promotional Item and the Qualifying Item are subject to availability.  Supplies of the Promotional Item are limited to a first come, first served basis (maximum of 600 Promotional Items available as part of the Promotion).

    The Promotional Item is subject to availability, while stocks last, strictly first come, first served. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Promotional Item with an alternative promotional offer of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.  The Promoter also reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate the Promotion without notice.

    This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with or combined with any other promotion.  No cash alternative. 

    Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or any Promotional Item, subscription or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
