Promoter
1. The switcher Pre-Paid Mastercard (“Promotion”) is run by Hutchison 3G UK Limited of Green Park, 450 Longwater Avenue, Reading, Berkshire RG30 3UR, trading as Three (“Three”).
Promotion Period
2. The Promotion will commence at 08:00 on 10th August 2022 and will close at 23:59 on the 28th September 2022 (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
3. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must be a resident of the United Kingdom or Northern Ireland and aged 18 or over and be a new customer who is switching to Three from another network. To demonstrate this you will be required to provide Three with a valid PAC/STAC code within 14 days of the purchase of the Promotion Product outlined below. (“Eligible Participant”).

4. To qualify, Eligible Participants must:
i. Purchase any new handset listed in the table below on an Unlimited, 100GB, 30GB or 12GB plan (24 month minimum term) (each a “Promotion Product”); and
ii. provide Three with a valid PAC/STAC code at the time of purchase or within 14 days of the purchase.
All purchases of Promotion Products may be made in a Three store, online via three.co.uk directly (not via an affiliate partners site), or by telephone via our contact centre within the Promotion Period. All customers making such a purchase will be eligible to receive a £100/£75/£50 pre-paid MasterCard as shown in the table above (“Pre-Paid Mastercard”), subject to stock availability.
PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS BELOW ON HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PRE-PAID MASTERCARD:
After 45 days, subject to you paying your first month’s bill, you will receive an email from no-reply@giftcloud.com notifying you that is time to redeem your Pre-Paid Mastercard. After entering your Full Name and Email Address you will then be sent TWO emails to your inbox.
The first email will be delivered from no-reply@giftcloud.com with the subject line “It's arrived!” This email may cause some confusion, however the second email will contain the instructions on how to redeem your Pre-Paid Mastercard. The second email will be delivered from notification@yourrewardpass.com with the subject line “Your Mastercard Reward Has Arrived!” Please ensure you check your Spam or Junk folders. Please allow up to 24 hours for this second email to arrive, if this has not been delivered then please get back in touch with Giftcloud at hello@giftcloud.com.
Choose between a virtual card or a plastic physical card. A virtual card is ready for use immediately. Spend it online or add it to your favourite mobile app. This is the quickest way to start enjoying your Pre-Paid Mastercard. A digital Mastercard can be used ONLINE ONLY. A physical card is delivered via first class mail and can be used online and in-store, anywhere Mastercard is accepted (N.B. a shipping and handling fee of £5 will be deducted from your card balance). A physical Mastercard can be used INSTORE & ONLINE. All the information you need to use and track your card, including balance and spend history, is available online in one secure, convenient place. Please Note: The Pre-Paid Mastercard acts just like an everyday debit card and so it cannot be used as part-payment. Once redeeming the Mastercard through Reward Pass, the card holds a 12 month "expiry" date - once 12 months has passed, a £2.95 fee will be deducted from your balance per month until the Mastercard has been used. 5. Pre-Paid MasterCards are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Three reserves the right to substitute the Pre-Paid MasterCard for a gift of equal or greater value.
6. Pre-Paid MasterCard should be treated like cash and kept securely. Pre-Paid MasterCard cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Other
7. Three reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant’s entry which it deems, at its sole discretion, to contravene the spirit and/or terms and conditions of this Promotion and any Pre-Paid MasterCard must be returned immediately.
8. If you return your Promotion Product, you must also return the Pre-Paid MasterCard.
9. Three shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims to a Pre-Paid MasterCard, including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase of a Promotion Product, as well as the identity of an Eligible Participant.
10. Any third-party terms and conditions relating to the Pre-Paid MasterCardare beyond the control of Three. Each Eligible Participant agrees that the cost of and the responsibility for complying with such terms and conditions will be borne solely by them.
11. Three reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms and conditions of the Promotion (including, without limitation, to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion (including altering the Pre-Paid MasterCard) by changing these terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into by Three.
12. Information that Eligible Participants supply when entering the Promotion will be used only in accordance with these terms and conditions, Three’s Privacy and Security policy, and Three’s Privacy Notice contained in Section 13 of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Three Services. 13. Three cannot and does not accept responsibility for Promotion entries lost, corrupted, or delayed in transmission. Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the Promotion, redemption process for the Pre-Paid MasterCard and it excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of Pre-Paid MasterCard.
14. Entry into the Promotion signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are governed by English law.
