This Promotion is operated by Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited (“Promotion”) and is available on purchases of selected Samsung devices listed in Table 1 below between 00:01 on 1st December 2022 and 23:59 on 20th December 2022 (“Promotion Period”) from Three UK.
Eligible customers (legal residents aged 18+ (“Individual Participant”) or a business registered in the UK) who purchase any the listed devices in Table1 on any directly from Three in store, online or via the Contact Centre (“Qualifying Item”) can receive the corresponding cashback (“Promotional Item”) by submitting a valid claim to Promoter via https://samsungpromotions.claims/20_days_of_christmas.
Individual customers may submit a maximum of four (4) cashback claims per household;Business customers may submit a maximum of fifty (50) cashback claims per registered business. In all cases, customers are entitled to a maximum of one (1) Promotional item per Qualifying Item purchase made.
Claims may only be submitted within sixty (0-60) days from the date of purchase, meaning the final claim date for purchases made on the 20th December 2022 is no later than 23:59 (GMT) on the 17th February 2023.
Promotional Item and Qualifying Item are subject to availability.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or any Promotional Item, subscription or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
