Samsung S24 series double your storage promotion terms and conditions 2024

Promoter

1. The Double your Storage (“Promotion”) is run by Hutchison 3G UK Limited of 450 Longwater Avenue, Green Park, Reading, Berkshire RG2 6GF, trading as Three (“Three”).

Promotion Period

2.The Promotion will commence at 18:30 on 17/01/2024 and will close at 23:59 on 30/01/2024 (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

3.To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must be a resident of the United Kingdom or Northern Ireland and aged 18 or over (“Participant”).

Offer

4.To qualify, Participants must pre-order a Samsung Galaxy S24, Samsung Galaxy S24+ or Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra on any data plan (“Qualifying Item”) directly from Three (whether purchase is made in a Three store, online via three.co.uk, or by telephone via our contact centre within the Promotion Period. Participants will receive the corresponding higher memory device variant (“Promotional Product”) at no extra cost and instead of the Qualifying Item, as outlined in the table below.

5.The Promotion is not redeemable with any other offer.

6.Three reserves the right to disqualify any Participant’s entry which it deems, at its sole discretion, to contravene the spirit and/or terms and conditions of this Promotion and any Promotional Product must be returned immediately.

7.Three shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid orders, including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase of a Qualifying Item, as well as the identity of a Participant.

8.Any third-party terms and conditions relating to either the Qualifying Item or Promotional Product are beyond the control of Three. Each Participant agrees that the cost of and the responsibility for complying with such terms and conditions will be borne solely by them.

9.Three reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms and conditions of the Promotion (including, without limitation, to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion (including altering the Promotional Product) by changing these terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into by Three.

10.Information that Participants supply when entering the Promotion will be used only in accordance with these terms and conditions, Three’s Privacy and Security policy, and Three’s Privacy Notice contained in Section 13 of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Three Services. 11.Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the Promotion, redemption process for the Promotional Product, or any Promotional Product connected with the Promotion and it excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of a Promotional Product.

12.Entry into the Promotion signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are governed by English law.
