- We have set out below the Terms and Conditions that apply to our Smartwatch Pairing Plan – 1 month when added to your Package as an Additional Service.
- These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the Pay Monthly (reference www.three.co.uk/terms-conditions/paym-and-payg/pay-monthly-and-pay-as-you-go-terms) which you agreed to when you entered into your Pay Monthly Agreement with Three.
Compatibility
- Smartwatches can only be paired with compatible Phones which are listed at the end of these Terms and Conditions or on the manufacturer’s website.
Sharing Allowances
- The Smartwatch Pairing Plan does not include any calls, texts or data so your Secondary Device must be paired with your Primary Service to enable the Secondary Device to share
the allowances included in your Package.
- Using your Secondary Device will deplete the allowances in your Package. If you exhaust the allowances included in your Package, you will be charged for any Outside of Allowance Services you use at the rates set out in the Price Guide found at www.three.co.uk/terms-conditions/price-guides/latest-price-guides
- You need to have an active Primary Service for the duration of the Smartwatch Pairing Plan to be able to share allowances with your Secondary Device. If you cancel your Primary Service you will not be able to use data or make or receive calls or texts on your Secondary Device unless you pair your Secondary Device with a different Three Primary Service.
- You will need to be in a 3G or 4G coverage area to be able to use Smartwatch Pairing to connect to the internet from your Smartwatch.
- You cannot use the Smartwatch Pairing Plan to share the allowances from your Primary Plan in destinations outside the UK, although you can still use the functionality of your Smartwatch over Bluetooth or WIFI.
Ending the Smartwatch Pairing Plan
- The Smartwatch Pairing Plan – 1 month will renew automatically each month until you cancel it. If you cancel your Smartwatch Pairing Plan, you will no longer be able to share allowances and you will not be able to add it again until your next billing period. If you cancel mid-month, we will not be able to provide a refund for the remainder of the month.
- Any discounts available are available the first time you subscribe to Smartwatch Pairing only and will not be applied if you cancel your plan during the discounted period but resubscribe at a later date.
