The info below should hopefully cover any questions you might have around our Device plans. If there’s anything you’re still unsure of, feel free to get in touch.

Can I upgrade if I have an outstanding balance on my Device plan?

Yes you can! If you'd like to upgrade, you can still upgrade without needing to clear the outstanding balance on your existing Device plan. You can simply continue to pay the outstanding balance until it’s cleared.


What happens to my device plan if I cancel my account?

If you have a Device plan with us, your payment plan will not be cancelled, and will continue as normal until completed. You can settle your outstanding device plan balance at any time via bank transfer, or by getting in touch.


How do I change my payment details?

You can make a payment towards your outstanding device plan balance, or change your device plan payment details, by getting in touch. Alternatively, you can also pay via bank transfer.

If you'd like to pay by bank transfer, you can use the following details:

You’ll need to include your device plan agreement number as the reference when making your payment.
