Refer a friend

The Refer a Friend campaign lets you share the love and refer a friend to Three. Get up to £80 cashback when your friend orders a Pay Monthly phone, SIM Only or Mobile Broadband.

To get involved, go to three.co.uk/refer-a-friend and select one of our Refer now options. Once you’ve entered your email address, we’ll send you a link to share on social media or through email. Simply ask your friend to use the referral link when they buy a product from our website. After their order is confirmed, we’ll get in touch to say that your cash reward is available. Choose whether to share it 50/50 with your friend, give them the whole amount or keep it for yourself.

You’ll receive your cashback reward around 7 weeks after the order has been placed. But depending on the product, it can take up to 90 days. This period allows for any returns if your friend changed their mind.

To claim your reward, you’ll need to be over the age of 18 and a UK resident.

You can share the link with as many friends and family members as you like. However, make sure they’re also over 18 and a UK resident. You don’t even have to be an existing Three customer to get a referral link for your friend.

To check the status of your referrals, log into your referral account. You’ll be able to see how many friends you've invited, and which ones are pending, successful or unsuccessful.

Once your friend’s order has been confirmed, we’ll send you an email about your cash reward.

Your friend must successfully place an order using your unique referral link. They can do this either online via the referral link, by showing one of our team in-store, or by calling us.
