In support of the UK government's drive to improve internet safety, all services have our internet content filter switched on by default. This includes adult content, gambling, some personal blogs, and file-sharing sites. We’ve updated the way we handle internet traffic to improve the experience for all customers. You’ll get open internet access without filters.
Only you or an authorised contact can request access to age-restricted sites. Switching this filter off is simple, however. As long as you and your members are over 18, you can switch it off whenever you like.
You’ll need a credit card to verify your age. If you don't have a credit card to hand, there are alternative ways to change these settings further down this page.
Log into your account.
Head to Manage services, and select Plan settings.
Simply switch your adult filter settings to suit your preferences. You'll need a credit card to verify your age the first time you change this setting. If you don't have one to hand, just chat to us and we'll help. You can also visit a Three store, if that's easier.

Please note that if you’re using an Apple device and have iCloud Private Relay enabled, this can prevent the Adult Content Filter from working correctly. For more information and guidance on this, please head to iCloud Private Relay.
