You can change your registered home and email address, your contact number, and your marketing preferences by following these steps.
The only personal information you can’t change in the Three app or online is your name. If you need to change the name on your account because you’ve married, divorced, or changed your name by Deed Poll, contact us with proof of the name change.
All we need is one of the following pieces of information:
One more thing. When you do write to us, remember to include a cover letter requesting that your name be changed.

You can change your email address in the Three app or by visiting your account.
Remember that this email address will only apply to emails from Three. If you want to change your email for your Three+ account, you need to do this in the Settings tab of the Three+ app.
